CSCS Ltd's website. Subscription can be done directly by
shareholder or through their stockbroking firm. |

A. SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH A STOCKBROKING FIRM OF CHOICE (where the
shareholder has an existing account in CSCS) |

Mandate your stockbroker to subscribe on your behalf |

Pay the applicable fee to the stockbroking firm |

The stockbroker remits the fee through any of the designated
bank accounts |

The stockbroking firm writes CSCS with details of registration
and evidence of payment attached |

Find Portfolio View on the top right corner of the site and
click on “Register”. |

Make payment at any of the designated bank accounts indicating
the following on the bank payment slip. |

Submit the completed stockbroking firm’s Identification Form
duly signed and stamped by accredited representatives of the
stockbroking firm to CSCS head office. Submission can be by
proxy. |

The subscriber will receive a mail from the
Website Admin once the account is activated.
(Please note that for Direct Subscription, the IDENTIFICATION
FORM must be signed by the resident stockbroking firm before
activation) |
