 About Us                             

Tunde is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He obtained a degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. He worked briefly with Coopers and Lybrand (a firm of Chartered Accountants) now Price Waterhouse Coopers and qualified in 1982 as a Chartered Accountant. In 1983, he joined NAL Merchant Bank Ltd {now one of the Sterling Bank Group}. He is an erudite Banker with so many years of experience. He was at various times, Head of Capital Market and Northern Area Office Manager of the bank. He is also a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange having passed the required exams in May 1993. He is the Managing Director of the Company. He was admitted as an associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria in Nov 2005.

Mr Babatunde Emmanuel Sobamowo

Joke is a Chartered Accountant and a Business Administration graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti. She trained with Alabi, Bakoh Ekundare & Co. and Sulaimon & Co. and resigned from Sulaimon & Co. as the Tax Manager.        

In her course of work she had opportunities of handling many financial advisory jobs, which include: i). Writing of Osun State IDF project which earned her employers then, the commendation of the World Bank; ii) Managing Ondo State IDF project, which includes building roads, construction of public toilets and waste management. iii) Management of both Kwara and Akwa Ibom State HSF projects. This entails building of cottage hospitals and equipping them with drugs and equipment.

She is the General Manager in charge of the day to day running of the Company. She is an authorized clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. In addition to the above, she was recently admitted as an Associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.
